We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Logistics Team Leader to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective handling, storage, and distribution of materials and goods to meet organizational requirements. This role also plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by driving process optimization initiatives informed by data analysis and customer feedback. The Logistics Team Leader will be expected to lead by example, promoting operational excellence and efficiency across all logistics functions.

What will you do? 

• Oversee daily logistics operations and team performance.
•  Implement logistics strategies in line with company guidelines and budgets.
•  Ensure efficient, consistent, and compliant logistics processes.
• Support staff development and promote operational excellence.
•  Accountable for the leadership of his team
•  Responsible for team competence development, employee satisfaction and motivation.
•  Setting and monitoring team/individual performance objectives
•  Strive to optimize processes and reporting in order to improve performance
•   Responsible for communication to his/her team.
•  Developing and maintaining a satisfactory communication flow with main stakeholders 
• Taking care of his team people processes.

Are you the one? 

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in the elevator and escalator industry, including significant involvement in high-rise projects.
• Excellent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and supervising on-site teams.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with contractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
•  High attention to detail with a focus on design accuracy, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
