Assistant Manager - QHSE Product

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for the position of Assistant Manager - QHSE Product. This role is vital in ensuring that all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards meet both local and international regulations within our ambitious gigaproject. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, contribute to risk assessment processes, and promote a culture of safety and quality assurance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QHSSE portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target users, their workflows, and pain points.
  • Define and prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog.
  • Translate user needs into clear user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Act as product owner in agile development, drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify improvements.
  • Communicate product plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on QHSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, QHSSE)
  • 4+ years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within large-scale projects or construction environments.
  • Strong understanding of QMS, H&S, EMS, Security principles, and Familiarity with Maximo product development methodologies..
