Project Delivery
- Collaborate with project teams to engage with clients, understand their needs, and help identify business challenges.

Project execution & control
- Assure that projects are executed on time
- Participate with team members to plan and deliver consultancy work to a high standard and within budget
- Design and prepare clear and compelling presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients.
- Keep project leadership regularly updated on project and task needs, task status, and of any roadblocks to successfully delivering on time
Client Relations Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the client, conduct client meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote and maintain strong relationships with clients. Be attentive to their needs and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Project Evaluation and Reporting:
- Conduct project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Present project status, achievements, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
