Senior Commercial Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Commercial Manager. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of our projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation
• Experienced in post contract and claims management.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective commercial management throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Identify and manage commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project budget and financial performance to ensure compliance with established targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government officials
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on commercial matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, engineering, or related discipline)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the construction or engineering industry
• Experience with procurement, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is a plus
