Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or learning and development roles, preferably within large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Audit, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CIPS, CRCM) are a plus.
• Exceptional knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from compliance data and audits.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia and experience working in the region.
