Senior Expert - Planning

Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of a highly skilled Senior Expert - Planning to join our dynamic team. In this key position, you will leverage your expertise in planning and strategic development to contribute to the successful execution of our groundbreaking entertainment project in Saudi Arabia, setting new standards in the leisure and tourism sectors.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the planning processes, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s vision and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced planning methodologies and frameworks that support Qiddiya's strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and feasibility studies to guide project implementation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate planning efforts across all levels of the organization.
• Monitor project progress against planning benchmarks, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide expert guidance in project planning, ensuring best practices are employed throughout the planning cycle.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate planning insights and updates to senior management.
• Mentor and support team members in enhancing their planning competencies and professional growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies that influence planning practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in planning, project management, or strategic development, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Expertise in developing and implementing complex planning methodologies with a proven record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in mentoring and developing planning teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficiency in planning and project management software and tools.
• A strong passion for innovation and excellence in the planning discipline, with an understanding of the entertainment industry being an advantage.
