THE ROLE
As our Junior Content Manager, you will play an important role in executing our content strategy. As a part of the Content Team, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Content within the External Affairs department. You will collaborate with team members and internal departments to align our content activities with the overall strategy for our various brands and markets. Content is a vital part of our work at Haypp Group, especially as we operate in a regulated market.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
You will be part of the External Affairs team, working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and adaptability are key to success. You need to be creative and possess a genuine interest in leveraging new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline the Content Team processes, increase our impact and enhance the quality of our output, as well as a genuine interest in societal topics and making positive change in the world.
The demand for healthier alternatives to traditional smoking has never been higher. To make Haypp Group excel, you’ll collaborate closely with all other functions within the External Affairs department, the Acquisition department and other key stakeholders across the organisation. As we continue to scale, this role offers significant growth potential, both personally and professionally.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
For the role of Junior Content Manager, we are looking for a reliable person who is passionate about content production and harm reduction. You should have a background in communication, PR, politics, health care, e-commerce, the nicotine industry or other regulated industries. We expect you to be an excellent writer, to have experience in publishing online and to have worked with SEO and AI.
