Are you our new Team Leader in Operations?
Do you have experience in leadership and a passion for developing employees? We are looking for someone who wants to lead one of the company's most central departments towards new successes!

We are looking for an engaged and structured Team Leader for our Operations team in Växjö. The team is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient internal processes across logistics, production, and other key operational areas – supporting the company’s day-to-day functionality and long-term growth.

What you will do as a Team Leader

You will be responsible for individual and team follow-up on employee performance in relation to the company's goals and vision. You will have overall personnel responsibility, set goals, and conduct employee meetings. It is also your responsibility to plan and recruit and ensure the right competence in the team. Furthermore, you will be involved in establishing guidelines and structure, as well as creating a positive team culture that promotes motivation and job satisfaction.

We envision that you have:

• +2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
• A passion for leadership and development of others
• Experience in personnel and work environment responsibility, and in creating a safe and efficient workplace
• Proven ability to work strategically, having created structure, implemented effective work processes, and continuously improved workflows
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees, including defining roles and ensuring a smooth start
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Experience in operational tools and systems used for workflow and production planning is an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in both hardware and software
