All about the role:
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join and lead our Online Services team. In this role, you will lead a small team of highly skilled engineers, driving the development and scalability of our online services infrastructure. You will be responsible for technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on development while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, performant, and reliable services.
What You’ll Do:
- Step into leadership: Manage and guide the frontend engineering team, ensuring smooth operations, career growth, and overall well-being.
- Be the team’s voice: Represent the team in technical and product discussions, fostering strong collaboration across Electrolux teams.
- Contribute to technical decisions: Play an active role in technical discussions, contributing your expertise to the platform’s architecture and development.
- Lead platform integrations: Work on key platform integrations with other parts of Electrolux.
- Cloud collaboration: Partner with cloud infrastructure teams to optimize scalability and performance, particularly in AWS environments.
- Talent development: Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes, helping new team members integrate and thrive in our culture of innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a development lead position.
- Next.js expertise and headless CMS experience (essential).
- Passion for mentoring and coaching other developers.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and product teams.

Where you'll be:
This is a full-time position at our Electrolux Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
