About the role

As a Solution Architect, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including epic owners, product owners, and development teams, to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Your role will involve translating business strategies and needs into actionable architectural plans, balancing the need for innovation with the practicalities of legacy systems, and aligning priorities with development squads. You will also play a crucial role in knowledge sharing within a senior team of architects.

About the team

The Mobility tribe plays a vital role in our organization, developing solutions that support branded partnerships and the broader customer journey. Our work spans from building user-friendly digital interfaces to maintaining the core systems of record for customer, policy, claims, and invoicing. The tribe is made up of cross-functional, autonomous teams that work together to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and high-performing.

This role is part of the Mobility Architecture unit within our broader IT Architecture organization. Together, we ensure that architectural decisions are deeply aligned with both business needs and technical feasibility, fostering innovation and quality throughout the company.

Who are you?

You are an experienced architect with a collaborative mindset, a passion for modern technology, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. You excel at aligning architectural solutions with business goals and thrive in a role that bridges business strategy and IT development.

Your background includes:

• A development background in languages like C# or Java, and familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience from identifying business needs, producing, and breaking down solution design into epics, features, and user stories. Aligning priorities and scope with development squads. Participating in big room planning.
• Proficiency in API design and integration for third-party and partner applications.
• The ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.
