Our HR Transformation team within our Human Capital practice is on an exciting growth journey! The practice is a central part in enabling our clients to prepare for and capitalize on the digital era. We simply help HR organizations imagine, connect, leverage strategy and technology to empower HR to own and solve enterprise-wide issues affecting the business, the workforce, and how work gets done.

The team makes an impact that matters by supporting our clients in transforming their HR function through modernized operating models, strategic planning and changing the way their people work by empowering their workforce with state-of-the-art HRIS solutions, self-service, real-time reporting, analytics, AI, and mobile applications. 

We are looking for colleagues who have technology acumen and a solid business understanding, who can drive HRIT strategies and global HR system implementations, fostering business growth through strategic sales initiatives and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in HR technology, team leadership, business development and experience with Workday. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.

What you will do 

As an experienced consultant in our HR Transformation team, you will work for a wide range of leading multinational companies. You will play a critical role in improving, developing, and modernizing our clients’ HR function by leveraging your proven record of accomplishment in HR technology, team leadership, and business development within a global context. When transforming the digital workplace, you will be applying the newest technologies available and thereby improving the workforce experience of your client. Your focus will be on delivering Workday projects and growing our practice.

When serving our clients, our design and delivery methods take their starting points in design thinking and agile delivery principles. As part of the role, you will also be fostering business growth through strategic sales initiatives and developing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Working as a member of a project team responsible for the design and implementation of leading practice HR Technologies, focusing on Workday as your foundational expertise area.
  • Drive our Workday team together with your Offering Lead to continue to grow our Workday practice and offering.
  • Working as a member of a project team or leading a project team in a client-facing role utilizing a combination of HRIT knowledge, tools, and technology driving HR transformation.
  • Advising clients on digital solutions to solve complex business problems and to make key business process decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Developing our practice by staying close to market trends and cultivating your network.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and enhance our HR technology offerings.
  • Take on and support internal projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

You have strong analytical skills, a humble approach and can acquaint yourself with other people's situations. You are structured, professional, and excellent at communicating. You are engaged and make a dedicated effort in everything you do, having the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.

Furthermore, we expect you to: 

  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience implementing Workday.
  • Have a university degree within a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consulting context
  • Have proven experience managing and leading teams in an international context.
  • Have experience within HR technology or HRIS systems/implementations.
  • Have strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Can manage expectations, develop, and challenge business requirements. 

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience from the consulting industry.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience with sales, bid management and business development.
  • Experience in networking and public speaking.
  • Familiar with agile methodology.
  • Certifications within Workday and other HRIS
