Tasks
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Organise work for execution considering complexity, size, urgency, skill set, and available resources
Coordinate the engagement and direction of subcontractors, manage administration including schedules, access, procedures, certification, permits, RAMS etc.
Work closely with the technicians to ensure materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other necessary resources are in place to deliver the task in the optimal manner
Develop, maintain and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed
Mange and update systems including CMMS and Finance as required
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in working with recognised planning and finance systems
Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) enabling you to work with senior managers, clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels
Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Excel skills including basic functions
Able to work systematically and use own initiative with ability to work on more than one task at any given time
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team
Must be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time and to travel to other work locations
