About the role

As our Salesforce System Owner, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Salesforce – from declarative automation and custom development to integrations and AI-driven insights. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our Salesforce ecosystem to support growth across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the full Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, data model, processes)
  • Build Flows, Apex classes, and custom automations
  • Manage integrations (Workato, APIs, JSON payloads)
  • Connect Salesforce with Workday, 6sense, Influ2, and more
  • Implement Salesforce AI features like Prompt Builder and Agentforce
  • Support post-M&A integration of Salesforce instances for unified operations
  • Ensure platform governance, documentation, and scalability
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a combined Admin/Developer role
  • Strong skills in Flow, Apex, API integration, and data management
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Data Loader, VS Code
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Admin)
  • Experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Tacton, Zuora), middleware (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
  • DevOps exposure (e.g., Gearset, Copado)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or scripting languages
  • AppExchange and CI/CD pipeline experience
