Associate Product Manager

End-to-end management of a segment proposition, product or service in order to achieve strategic goals of the business segment.

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to provide end-to-end development on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, products and services. Manages all aspects of definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifecycle.

As a member of the Markets FX Product Management team with a direct reporting line to the Strategic Lead for Asset Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing discrete Relationship Trading product changes on the FXall platform/ venue within the Transactions execution workflows. You will need to use product management experience, leadership skills, industry knowledge, strategic vision and influencing skills to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for driving the product requirements for new workflow capabilities for our FXall Relationship Trading platform

Work across various teams to drive the implementation of these capabilities within legacy and strategic platforms

Take high-level requirements from multiple business leads, converting them into detailed multi-phase product roadmaps. Responsible for epics, user stories, use cases, etc.

Communicate detailed level requirements, both written and verbal, to a diverse set of partner teams

Offers advice on how to deliver product solutions against the needs of the business, sometimes interfacing directly with the end user customers, to validate detailed product requirements

Ability to work in a transitioning Waterfall to Agile environment

Experience:

Technical product management with 2 years+ of experience, within FX Cash and/or Options, and with experience of building execution capabilities for the “Buyside” community inclusive of but not limited to Corporate Treasury, Real Money Managers (Asset Managers), Hedge Funds, Regional Banks, etc.  

Track record of building industry leading FX vendor/platform solutions preferable

Foreign Exchange (FX) Cash and Options experience

Structured thinking and problem solving with the ability to communicate, verbally and written, product requirements

Strategic roadmap and tactical project delivery of complex technical solutions

Ability to work in a transitioning Waterfall to Agile environment
