Your Job

  • Own and maintain Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and dashboards for the region. 
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to support quota planning, territory alignment, and forecasting accuracy. 
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Own the Cadence Lifecycle technical set-up, monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimization of Cadences in Salesforce. 
  • Ensure adherence to standardized sales processes and drive continuous improvement through process governance. 
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to improve rep productivity and onboarding effectiveness. 
  • Be the voice of sales operations for the region—bridging the gap between high-level strategy and frontline execution. 

Your Profile

  • Grit, initiative, and a deep sense of ownership—comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar—ideally in a high-growth or turn-around SaaS environment.
  • Strong grasp of sales processes, CRM (Salesforce a must). 
  • Analytical and confident with data: e.g. Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Your Team

The Sales Operations team is part of the sales organization of Statista. We support more than 300 employees from the Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, Marketing departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool.
