Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income
- Identify target tenants and actively pursue new leasing opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms and conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns
- Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements
- Prepare leasing budgets and forecasts
- Track leasing performance against budgets
- Ensure timely rent payments from tenants - arrears management
- Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles
