Logistics Executive
The incumbent will coordinate the warehouse operations by ensuring efficient data entry, and email communications with internal and external customers for import, storage, cycle-count, and export tasks to facilitate the dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to achieve operational excellence.
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipment
- To prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments
- Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangement
- Assist with all customers/suppliers’ inquiries via phone and emails
- To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
- Upkeep and file related documentation timely and accurately (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.)
- Plan and conduct periodic, Stock Quantity Cycle Counts in accordance with the company’s SOP.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
- Ensure billing data accuracy while perform monthly billing.
- To ensure office areas are well maintained.
- Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis
Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience as an Operation / Order fulfillment executive in a warehouse environment
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in the logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required
• Proficient with computer function, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and Offshore PO system
• Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
