SGX Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven marketer to join the Marketing & Communications team for a maternity cover role. As a key contributor, you will support SGX Group’s business units in formulating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events aligned with corporate and business strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Conceptualise, devise and implement marketing plan for the assigned markets, covering campaigns, industry events and conferences, and digital initiatives.
Support business objectives and drive leads by incorporating print, email, events, digital, social, and video in marketing plans and execution.
Develop high-quality social media posts using visuals, videos and copy, driving desired actions such as registrations and leads.
Manage our SGX Cares Instagram Channel according to our content strategy, overseeing post cadence, calendar, tone of voice, follower growth, and governance.
Address and troubleshoot operational issues in email marketing.
Provide marketing counsel to internal colleagues while working alongside stakeholders to achieve set targets.
Take a hands-on approach when working with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of study with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin an added advantage.
Able to work independently and autonomously with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and a ‘can-do’ attitude; operates with a sense of urgency and demonstrates attention to detail.
Experience in interacting with senior management and managing different stakeholders.
Flexibility to work before and/or after office hours during events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Digitally savvy and an active user of digital applications and social media
