Job Title: Channel Manager – Asia (SMB Market Focus)

Location: Singapore – Asia

 

Job Summary:

The Channel Manager, Asia is responsible for accelerating insightsoftware's revenue growth by expanding our footprint and developing new routes to market through our ERP partners in SMB segment. You will recruit and activate new partners with the end goal of more broadly and efficiently deploying insightsoftware's ERP-complementing solutions.

 

Reporting to the Channel Director of APAC, you will play a key role in recruiting, enabling, and activating ERP partners in SMB segment across the region to drive joint pipeline and revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed the agreed revenue bookings goals - the most critical KPI for this role.
  • Responsible for managing forecast, sales pipeline and building opportunities  
  • Proactively leads a joint strategies with partners to grow our joint business
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partners in Asia region for FP&A solutions.
  • Build a strong partner ecosystem through co-marketing programs and account mapping
  • Drive partner enablement across solutions, skills, marketing and go-to-market activities to ensure performance
  • Establish and maintain regular communication cadence with stakeholder constituents.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
  • 4+ years of experience managing revenue-focused partnerships, with a track record of consistently achieving shared revenue goals
  • Strong experience in Partner Channels or Business Development, working with industry-leading partners
  • Experience across multiple partner routes to market including independent software vendors (ISV's) and resale
  • Experience identifying, developing and scaling new sales channels for EPM or SaaS solutions
  • Strong pipeline development and lead generation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences.
