Job Responsibilities
Help us with administration of brand education strategy, programs, content and digital training for employees.
Aid with documenting and coordinating programs on brand values, positioning, voice & employee experience.
Assist the lead to deliver a curriculum and new content series for team members.
Work with other internal teams such as HR, Trainers, & Internal Communications – i.e. across multiple teams.
Contribute to guardianship of the brand guidelines & instructional content around its representation internally.
Collaborate, create, measure, collect feedback, update project documentation, and help fully administrate.
Help champion brand education as part of a wider cultural transformation aligning to our organization's values.
Create and upload content and modules onto the HRIS platform Workday and any new cloud programs
Liaise with suppliers, Production & Procurement teams to produce best-in-class content (inc. print etc.).
Work with a cross-team cohort of writers, crews, admins and editors to deliver cinematic quality production.
Help to devise quizzes and tests to measure knowledge recall – using SCORM software such as Storyline 360.
Be comfortable repurposing content on Workday API-plugins that use AI to create micro-learning modules.
Tabulate lists of team member engagement and course completion using Workday, excel and other software.
Prepare regular documentation and Power Point presentations to update stakeholders and committees.
Help the lead track results and measure effectiveness to optimize learning impact.
Act as ‘set runner’ on shoots to manage instructor talent, be they senior management or celebrity instructor.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
No formal education required
Experience
Experience of branding and/or internal education projects.
Other Prerequisites
Interested in Brand, Marketing, Education, Content Creation, Learning & Development, People & Culture.
Passion for organizational culture and employee engagement strategies.
Good at writing, verbal communication and creating powerpoint presentations.
Strong project management skills. Bias for action, works independently with minimal supervision.
Familiar with many Content creation processes (digital and print).
Tech savvy with content edits and uploads into various software and formats to share.
Good with people and relationships.
Good with excel data tabulation.
You have experience of branding and/or internal education projects.
You understand HRIS LMS such as Workday Leaning
