Centre for Foundational Studies - Senior Executive (Programme Communications & Admin Support), 2-year contract
[What you will be working on]
- Develop and execute communication plans, including promoting key initiatives through publicity campaigns, success stories and multi-platform outreach, in collaboration with other departments.
- Serve as the webmaster for the department’s public-facing website and intranet to ensure timely updates, design consistency, content accessibility and usability.
- Coordinate and execute the department’s marketing efforts across channels (e.g., social media, email, intranet) to ensure a consistent, unified message that aligns with RP’s overall objectives.
- Coordinate corporate-level meetings and updates with different stakeholders as the meeting secretariat.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions and Community of Practice (CoP) for staff and external stakeholders, including logistics and publicity.
- Administer surveys and analyse feedback to improve programmes.
- Support the automation and streamlining of administrative workflows using technology-enabled solutions.
[What we are looking for]
- Holds a relevant qualification with at least 3 years of working experience in a higher education institution or the public sector.
- A self-starter and a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels.
- Meticulous with strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, and Power Platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps would be preferred. Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus. Tech-savvy, comfortable and confident to pick up the use of IT tools quickly.
- Familiar with digital marketing and stakeholder engagement.
