Focus on client acquisition and deepening relationship with existing clients.
Expand client base using market contacts and bank network.
Meet or exceed profit target for individual and team.
Collaborate with product partners to cross sell and increase ancillary businesses for the portfolio.
Perform credit and marketing activities including corporate deposits, arrange and structure financing facilities including trade finance for corporate customers
Perform credit evaluation and engage the relevant credit divisions.
Pitch for new deals, Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Handle documentation and Execution
Monitor and manage the portfolio
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or any related areas
Proven record of relationship management
Familiar with legal and custom regulatory requirements
Strong in documentation/work processes
Possess past experience in project management
Ability to work independently and manage various stakeholders to implement and drive the Bank's strategies
Credit analytical and structuring skills with good understanding of financial analysis
Origination and credit experience
Strong Trade Finance experience and possessing good corporate relationships in Singapore and across ASEAN will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills with good understanding in financial and credit analysis
