About the Role

As an Associate Solution Engineer Apprentice, you will work with Oracle’s Solution Engineering and Sales teams to develop innovative cloud-based solutions that help businesses solve real-world challenges. You will gain hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and collaborate with professionals across different industries such as retail, banking, healthcare, government, and more.

We are currently offering Apprenticeship Opportunities within Oracle's Fusion Cloud Applications team, providing hands-on experience in implementing Oracle technologies and applications. We seek highly motivated fresh polytechnic graduates who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and solve complex problems. What You’ll Do

• Understand Customer Needs: Learn about customer challenges and recommend the best Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Develop Solutions: Analyze business requirements and help design solutions that align with customer goals.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Market Research: Study industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve Oracle’s offerings.
• Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to align solutions with business demands.
• Documentation: Create sales pitches, presentations, and maintain records of customer interactions.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for learning, innovation, and building strong client and colleague relationships.

• Interest in Finance, Human Resources, or FinTech
• Basic understanding of ERP, HCM, and Cloud technology
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of coding, programming, and databases 
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in math, statistics, or data-related fields

2) Eligibility Criteria

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be: 

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
• Able to commit to completing the full 12-month training programme.
• Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
