Due to a recent surge in requests for advanced language tutoring, we are expanding our network of qualified teachers.

What We Offer 
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

C185744 Position Details - (This teaching opportunity involves a mix of virtual and on-site classes, and we are looking for one teacher to cover both formats.)

• Student: 1 adult
• Availability: Saturday afternoon (12:00pm – 4:00pm), Sunday afternoon (12:00pm – 4:00pm), UTC +08:00
• Preferred start date: Saturday, May 24, 2025
• Lesson Frequency: 2x per week
• Lesson duration: 1 hour 
• Preferred platform: Zoom
• Student's level: Would like a teacher to assess the level.
• Native and other spoken languages: Chinese native
• Student’s location/time zone: Singapore, UTC +08:00; in-person lessons will take place near Hillview Rise.
• Student’s language needs and goals: Make English communication smoothly! Listening comprehension tips and strategies / Pronunciation and local accents / Common phrases native speakers use every day / Conversations with native speakers / How to be polite in the new country / Ordering at restaurants
• Student’s interest: Movies, Programming, History
• Additional Information: “I learn some English before but learn little in English Speaking.” "For the first 10 hours, I wanted to do it in-person and the second 10 hours for virtual lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Design and implement customized curricula in alignment with learners' proficiency levels and objectives.
• Track and assess student progress, guiding them to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the target language, both written and spoken.
• A degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field.
• At least two years of English language teaching experience
