Managing multiple commercial development projects within transit and retail environments.
Developing retail planning strategies and placemaking initiatives.
Scheduling meetings and facilitating communication with stakeholders to obtain development and operational requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Planning project timelines and managing project costs.
Procurement of consultants and contractors to oversee the design development and construction phases.
Managing consultants to complete technical proposals and authority submissions.
Managing contractors to ensure that the works meet the contract design requirements, specifications and programme.
Preparing regular management reports.

Qualifications & Work Experience
Degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent preferred
3 years of working experience in M&E Engineering for commercial projects is preferred.
3 years of working experience in project coordination and project management of commercial related projects is preferred.
