- The position is crucial to support and execute successfully promoting adoption software services developed Inhouse to Internal and External clients. As a counterpart to both the Japan HQ and outside Japan stakeholders, bringing value to marketing productivity. Our primary mission is to successfully deliver an "Accessible, Stable, and Productive Ecosystem Services" for Internal and External Marketing clients. Portfolio of this role encompasses various service orientations such as marketing, customer loyalty, incentives, satisfaction, retention and engagement success.
- This position employment is based in Singapore with travel as and required depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and grow revenue from Rakuten Internal and External Clients.
- Manage communication and reporting to Client, Management, business partners.
- Create go to market strategy for products, execute, manage pipeline and analysis.
- Acquire and onboard new clients, cross-sell products by collaborating with relevant partners and stakeholders.
- Propose and explain product/service pricing to clients, support budgeting communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage product budget, forecasting, negotiation with clients, stakeholders; analyze business results and work on risk management.
- Support relevant monthly/quarterly business reporting meetings with stakeholders
- Influence product development, priorities, pricing and roadmap with clients’ feedback
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of software or software service-related product sales management experience in a matrix organization.
- Track record of managing products or businesses for at least 5 years, encompassing various stages such as launch, growth, and maturity.
- Possesses understanding of big data and the Marketing Technology (MarTech) domain.
- Capable of effectively communicate with individuals Internally and externally at all levels of the organization. Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong business sense with quantitative and analytical skills, independent, and result-oriented mindset.
