Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to create original content
Suggest content topics and blog ideas based on research, proven performance and trends
Design engaging and insightful content to connect with the audience and to catch targets’ attention / conversion across multiple platforms (EDMs, website, social updates, sales copy, etc.).
Apply SEO best practices and conduct basic keyword research to increase content visibility
Work with multiple teams to support content execution for a variety of product lines and services
Coordinate with freelancers to produce blog articles and creatives
Assist in management of marketing activities and creative design requirements for industry trade shows and exhibitions
Create marketing materials in line with the marketing plan for prints, such as flyers and brochures
Communication Strategy
Manage Internal Communication and External Communication strategies
Drive marketing communication campaigns for both employer/recruiter branding, and corporate branding to raise awareness on company profile and credentials
Promote corporate events, such as industry trade shows, exhibitions and seminars
Liaise with external media and partners to plan and execute communication campaigns and events
Conduct competitor benchmarking on employer and corporate branding; and competitor analysis on marketing tactics used across different products - AI, PDPA
Track, monitor, report monthly all social media platforms' followers and engagements to identify key insights and learnings
Ensure ROI, cost, budget monitoring
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or related degree highly advantageous, but not required
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and respective tools (Facebook, LinkedIn), including content marketing metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both English and Thai, both written and verbal
