Account Owner

Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Experience in sales in shipping industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Oversee sales activities to maximize outcomes and enhance the company’s profitability.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to all sales processes and regulations as outlined by management.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their needs and promote the company’s products and services.
• Lead Generation: Generate sales leads and relay them to the appropriate departments for follow-up, in line with company directives.
• Accounts Follow-Up: Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively working to expand the customer base.
• Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and uncover potential business opportunities.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field

-Experience in sales in shipping industry is preferred

-Understanding of sales processes and dynamics

-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota

-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai

-Having logical thinking and problem-solving skills

-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints constructively

-Ability to work under pressure

-Agile and adaptive
