Job Purpose

  • Report to the Lead of Business Development and works closely with the Lead to help implement and execute the business development strategies for their respective regions. Working closely with the Bank Partner to drive the business development of the Face-to-Face distribution. Act as team lead to help the BDEs on relentless field execution to drive the quality metrics of the Protection Consultants(PC).
  • Work with Bank Partners to uplift the different segments and regions of PC and uplifting their productivity through coaching, transferring of FWD next in class best practices. Also leads the Worksite marketing activity for their  respective region in conjure with the PC business development to drive the overall PC APE, VNB & PVNB, Active Ratio & MAPA Metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Lead of Business Development to drive business growth of the face-to-face distribution regions through developing and execution of the F2F distribution transformation initiatives  
  • Execute all face-to face distribution transformation strategies with effective field execution plan whilst aligning with company directions
  • Initiate and develop worksite marketing strategies to increase conversion rate of employees in the organization into new recruits or customers 
  • Identify manpower insufficiency and competency gap of existing PC units and help build manpower recruitment for scalability 
  • Coaching and growing BDE under them for productivity initiatives
  • Manage, control and monitor BDEs under them to be high discipline, high quality and align with corporate direction and regulation
  • Develop field strategies to develop new MDRTs as engines for growth and promote MDRT culture with the Bank partners
  • Train and coach PCs to drive their production and business quality
  • Assist PCs and Sales Managers in Joint Field Work
