Operator-Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities:

1.1 Refrigerant Repacking:

• Transfer refrigerant products from ISO tanks to storage tanks, drum and cylinder.
• Fill and repack refrigerants according to customer-specified sizes and quantities.

1.2 Product Handling & Preparation:

• Prepare and verify product type, quantity, and packaging based on production plan (MTS&MTO) and delivery documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch.

1.3 Forklift Operations:

• Operate a forklift to move and organize refrigerant products by class and product group.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.

1.4 Maintenance & Housekeeping:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness in the refrigerant storage and production area to meet operational standards.

1.5 Compliance & Safety:

• Strictly follow operational procedures and QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) guidelines.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out with safety as a top priority.

1.6 Team Support & Miscellaneous Duties:

• Work collaboratively with the refrigerant team to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production (especially in chemical/refrigerant operations) is an advantage.
• Licenses:
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Overhead Crane Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Skills:
  • Basic mechanical or technical knowledge
  • Teamwork and communication
  • Safety awareness and attention to detail
