Description

The London People Operations Lead is a strategic and results-oriented HR professional responsible for leading all aspects of People Operations within the EMEA location including guiding and influencing leadership, managing change and delivering impactful solutions that support the organization's growth and operational goals. 

This key role will drive organizational success by partnering with leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of success in managing all facets of the People function within a dynamic and growing organization. This is an on site position based in our London office requiring regular and consistent presence to facilitate close collaboration with the team.
