About the role and practice 

If you're a Senior Administrator  looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Newland Dental Care practice in Lincoln.

• Full-time hours available, 32 hours per week over 5 days 

At this friendly 6 -surgery, private practice we offer a range of treatments from general dentistry, implant and cosmetic. 

About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead  experience within a dental setting and other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
   
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
   
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach

• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised 

• Take out budget planning KPIS and P&L's

• Managing a team- if we could change it to lead a team on reception. 

• The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment 

• Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
