Operations Data Governance Lead

Role is to support Global Data Governance and Process Improvement
The Regional Data Strategy Lead for OneS4 Deployment reports to the OneS4 Regional Business Adoption Lead for EMEA and is part of the data governance team . This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality data standards for the OneS4 system across EMEA sites.
Key tasks include understanding data from various systems of EMEA, supporting the transition to OneS4, and collaborating with global teams to improve data and processes. The lead will also define the data strategy, address data challenges, and enhance data access ensuring Business Adoption to revised data strategy.
Additionally, the role involves planning data migration workshops, overseeing data integration into OneS4, and working closely with the reporting team to meet data requirements. Finally, the lead will conduct training sessions to promote data literacy within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
• A minimum of a master’s degree or a related field.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, SAP/Datahub, master data and digital solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power platform, ETL tools, Excel (including Pivot tables, lookups) and SharePoint is required.
• Experience with project management.
• Familiarity with data mappings, hierarchies, and flow between environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business partnerships and experience in ad-hoc analysis are essential.
