Job purpose
Ensure accuracy, clarity and organisation of Structured Project data. Provide context to project status and detailed analysis of projects.
Key responsibilities
Monthly follow-up of our client's activities in collaboration with multicultural management, technical delivery team, sales administration, and financial controlling teams.
Monthly production and communication of margins.
Provide analysis to stakeholders to facilitate their decision making.
Ensure the correct and effective Project governance is applied.
Follow-up and monitoring of the global budget of portfolio towards the defined targets.
Data support for semester targets for individual projects.
Tools
Plan and communicate process improvements, including the development and implementation of new tools: SMART, PowerBI, SAP, Excel
Training
Training of PMs and BMs on the structured project financial closure.
Team & Leadership
Lead, manage, and mentor Junior Controllers
Foster a proactive mindset
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications
Degree qualified either in finance or ACCA, CIMA OR ACA certification is a plus background in finance with maximum 2-4 years of experience.
Essential: Experience in the bid process including pricing, P&L and Margin analysis
Essential: Experience with margin improvements initiatives on projects, specifically in the engineering or consultancy sectors.
Excellent analytical skills and service delivery mindset.
You like to take part in new projects, give ideas and be part of an evolving company.
Project finance understanding with expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferrable but not mandatory).
