Work you’ll do
Provide technical services in the areas of computer hardware and software. Administers, configures, monitors and tests application servers for business and network operations. Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions. Work with senior level engineers to implement applications and technology solutions. Monitor daily data and application server backups, upgrades, and patches. Responds to and resolves any critical issues impacting production and other system environments. May serve internal or external clients.

Network Management (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Incident Management (Following ITIL Model)
Server Deployment
Storage Management
Technology & Infrastructure
Application Management
Relationship Management
Hotel specific technologies
Audio Visual Services
Compliance & Security Standards
Communications
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure Systems & Network environments and/or 6 years with advanced degree
2+ years of experience supporting Network infrastructure including but not limited to:
Basic understand of network technologies ie: routing & switching
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field and/or additional relevant IT related experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Experience supporting Windows environments including but not limited to:
Recent editions of Windows Server Administration and maintenance
Basic understanding of application troubleshooting
Microsoft Office/365
Highly preferred 2+ year supporting Project Coordination/Mgmt
