Licensing Administrator Regional - Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City/ CES)

JOB SUMMARY: 

Directly reporting to the Atlantic City VP Human resources, this position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day NJ DGE employee licensing including auditing, reporting for Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City properties as well as collaboration with Regulatory Compliance and Caesars Corporate Human Resources Departments to ensure regulatory compliance for licensure is accurate for those who work in NJ or perform work for NJ where a gaming license is required. New Jersey Casino Employee Registration Required (NJ CER).

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Primary contact for Atlantic City properties, Corporate Human Resources and Corporate Licensing as it relates to gaming licenses and registrations required in New Jersey. 
  • Has full working knowledge of NJDGE and CCC gaming license and access code regulations.
  • Works with local Compensation Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Regulatory Compliance department to review org chart changes and ensure proper licensing for each position is obtained and maintained. 
  • Reviews monthly electronic file feeds for local and corporate employees that are uploaded to the NJ DGE server to ensure accuracy of data. Makes correction as needed. 
  • Reviews and audits employee records in Oracle to ensure input of license information is correct for local and corporate employees. Will have access to and update or correct any errors in Oracle. 
  • Makes appropriate licensing decisions on new positions by reviewing job functions and tasks in advance of implementation. May consult with Regulatory Compliance department. 
  • Reviews monthly DGE revocation and suspension of employee licenses.  Communicates with operational leader and Human Resources to terminate employees listed from active status. 
  • Oversee processing of new hire, transfer or promotions for those employees who require NJ Key Licenses.  Notifies Corporate, Legal and Compliance of any necessary regulatory filings needed such as qualifier notices, petitions, or multi-casino endorsements.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating property level access list and corporate visitor access badges.
  • Responsible for preparing and timely submission of monthly DGE employment reports.  
  • Maintains effective communications with all operating departments on licensing requirements and all associated NJ Gaming regulations connected to regulatory requirements when maintaining licensure.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.  Experience in business analytics required. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to get to the root cause of an issue and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily workflow.
  • Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, written and oral. 
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Oracle reporting.
