The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, timelines, and communications between departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of real estate development projects
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting summaries
  • Monitor progress and address project-related issues or delays
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and clients throughout project phases
  • Support the project manager with administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role
