Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Respond to emails and telephone inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist in the preparation of company documentation and internal communications
- Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and handling mail
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate administrative workflow
Qualifications
