He/She is responsible to manage ticket orders in the adidas Sportsmarketing Eventtickets Tool and has the responsibility to maintain data and structure reports in high quality. The Junior Project Manager (f/m/d) as well needs to communicate permanently with different stakeholders to guarantee a smooth information flow to all necessary parties for ongoing corporate ticketing contracts with partners as well as for major global sport events i.e. the UEFA Women´s EURO 2025, FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Supervise event ticket distribution as well as maintaining ticket holder data
Create reports on a regular basis to keep all stakeholders updated
Execute onsite distribution of event tickets, support project team on event and find solutions in every situation
Develop concepts and communication strategies in cooperation with the client
Draft and maintain project plans, budget plans, timelines, internal and external presentations and documentations as well as all other associated documents according to agency standards
Manage assigned project areas while making sure that project lead is updated at all times
Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the projects

Education. You have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent education in event or project management (preferably in the field of ticketing).
Software affinity. You have experience in working with MS Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint. You enjoy working with a web-based software.
Detail Oriented. You have a strong attention to detail and passion for working with data & numbers. You have the ability to synthesize small details into the overall picture.
Communication. You bring experience in managing and communicating with different stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) and preferably Spanish.
Stress resistant: You are able to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. You can easily adapt to changing priorities.
Team player and Hands-On Mentality: You enjoy working in a team and you are capable of working self-organized and structured.
