We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to build and lead PriceLabs' FP&A function.This role will establish financial planning frameworks, manage financial budgeting and reporting, develop revenue forecasting models, set up budgeting cycles, and drive financial performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Build the FP&A Function & Processes
Develop and implement forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
Establish best practices for revenue analytics, cost tracking, and financial modeling.
Work cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions.
Revenue Forecasting & SaaS Metrics
Build a structured revenue forecasting model, incorporating MRR, ARR, NRR, churn, and expansion trends.
Track and analyze SaaS KPIs, ensuring accurate financial insights.
Build and improve financial dashboards in collaboration with the analytics team.
Budgeting & Financial Performance Analysis
Own the budget vs. actual process, identifying financial variances and cost drivers.
Conduct year-over-year and month-over-month financial performance reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Establish cost center-wise financial tracking for effective resource allocation.
Track and analyze function/department-wise spending to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Identify areas of cost overruns, inefficiencies, or potential savings.
Reporting & Business Partnering
Develop financial reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Automate FP&A reporting, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Support investor reporting with financial insights
Support in Ad-hoc finance projects
About You:
5+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Analytics experience, ideally in SaaS companies.
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with expertise in SaaS metrics.
Experience in building FP&A processes from scratch.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools, SQL, or FP&A software is a plus.
Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA, CA, or CFA is highly preferred.
