BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to be our next Divisional Clinical Manager/Registered Nurse Supervisor for our home health division in Hawaii. 

This is an opportunity to be mentored by one of the best Directors of Clinical Operations and Clinical Education in BAYADA!!!

You will be responsible for supporting the entire Division, spanning 3 service offices throughout the Islands (Honolulu, Maui and the Big Island).

Highlights:   

• Must reside in Hawaii to provide support and resources to three home health offices. 
• Company-paid travel in between Islands. 
• Up to $105k a year.

As a Divisional Clinical Manager at BAYADA:

• Lead, inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional care.
• Provide training and mentorship of Clinical Managers for 3 offices throughout the Islands.
  
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. 
  
• Collaborate with Directors and Clinical Staff to ensure quality of service. 
• Travel required. 

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN), this could be your dream job!

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN in a home health setting.
  
• Working knowledge and understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), SOC, OASIS, HCHB and CHAP audits. 
• Supervisory experience.
• BSN highly preferred.  
• Recent home health field experience a plus.
