Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Location: Green Lake area of Seattle, Washington

 

Job Description:

Provide supervisory, administrative and operational support oversight for clinic functions and special projects on a day-to-day basis as required.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training or level of knowledge equivalent to that acquired through completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience desired.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
