Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer data while delivering high-quality service and support to clients. Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
