General Description
Put your customer service skills to use in a meaningful way at our Taxpayer Services Call Center. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
This position may be eligible for a flexible/hybrid work schedule if certain conditions are met; working arrangements may change at any time as business necessitates.
Minimum Qualifications
Additional work experience may substitute for the education requirement (30 semester hours equal one year of work experience).
In This Role You Will:
• Answer and manage inbound inquiries from customers in a prompt, courteous manner while clearly and concisely documenting relevant information.
• Use effective telephone and communication skills.
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exemplify a Hall-of-Fame work ethic and ability to learn at rapid speed.
• Need basic computer skills including some knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Research and interpret Texas state laws.
Veterans:
To receive veteran's preference, a copy of your DD214 (Member 4) is required.
