About the Role:
8fig is looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by closing new business and retention deals. This role requires a proactive approach to customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, converting leads, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle for new and existing customers, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
Engage with potential and current customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how 8fig’s solutions can help them grow their business
Drive customer expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage renewals to ensure customer retention and minimize churn
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how to optimize their capital usage and maximize growth
Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and deals in the CRM system
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets
Partnership with other functions in the company for automation efforts
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Account Executive , Account Management, or a related field
Proven track record in a sales-driven role, preferably in MCA, fintech or eCommerce
Strong ability to manage the entire sales process
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Experience in working with 3rd parties
A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on revenue generation
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proficiency with CRM tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of revenue targets
