Job Description

The Product graduate programme is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of innovative product leaders. The programme will provide graduates with hands-on experience, exposure to real-world business challenges and the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. The programme will allow graduates to work closely with experienced product managers, data team and product designers to gain a deep understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation and research to development, launch and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Learn how to define, test and validate product idea using data driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and enhance products that drive business growth.
  • To develop and drive Transaction product strategy aligned to SBG strategy
  • Simplify delivery and ensure market leading product design, coordination, and prioritization around product development, management and enhancement.

Honours qualification in: 

  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Business Economics

Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.
