You will co-create the core model of MDLZ new planning solution (o9) across E2E supply planning, implement the new solution within the BU and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. Purpose of the Role
The o9 BU Champion will act as Supply Planning SME lead for the BU to implement the new solution and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging their expertise to drive effective improvement in supply planning digitalization with low touch planning, removing process silos and advocating changes in the supply planning user community.
Main Responsibilities
BU Subject Matter Expert in supply planning to facilitate process/technology implementation with Key Users
Lead the BU transformation in way of working for future supply planning vision – low touch alert-based efficient response with digitalized scenario planning capability
Providing stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, and drive the change with x-functional partners and key users.
Solve problems with consideration of sustainable and standardized solution representing not only BU but also AMEA
Identify and validate Master data where required, support in data governance establishment in BU and support on driver data owner identification
Responsible for planning functional build & implementation/Working in testing and processes validation
Document Functional requirements / participate in fit gap analyses with regional functional stream lead
Create functional/integration test scenarios during SIT with regional SME lead support
Test/validate unit and integrated processes, based on the test scenarios
Conduct the BU End Users trainings and drive change management and adoption governance
Deep training on the o9 platform in preparation for functional design documentation
Participate various workshops, committees and cross-functional design sessions
Key Skills required
Demonstrated business operation understanding and multi-market working experience
Leadership skills and x-functional orchestrating capability under pressure and complex matrix team
Digital transformation experience is a plus especially advanced planning solutions
Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning ideally with experience to implement APS solutions like o9/Kinaxis/OMP/ etc.
Growth Mindset and high speed learner
Demonstrated capability of managing a complex situation/project with ambiguities
Result driven and strong sense of speed of execution to delivery timeline
