Develop and shape the content strategy for the BU, across all segments, to enable the achievement of BU strategic objectives. Oversee that all content developed is relevant, targeted, secure, reusable, discoverable and aligned to brand and reputational standards. Lead a high-performing team responsible for SEO, social media and content development (all forms).
Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Experience
8-10 years extensive Digital Marketing experience, with at least 8 years' experience being in Digital Marketing
8-10 years proven experience in creating and managing content marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Experience in maintaining consistency in messaging across all content and platforms. Experience in leading and managing a content team, including SEO specialists, Social Media specialists’ writers, designers, and other content creators. A history of working effectively with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
