Understanding the underline values of Agile
Understanding the behaviors, concepts, techniques and processes used in Agile
Understanding the tools available to manage Agile teams
Understanding the interrelationship between Agile teams and the practice of project and program management in the wider corporate context
Understanding of basic principles and practice of risk management in project / programs
Experience:
Interest in understanding the impact of global economic indicators and the impact it has on emerging markets / South African Corporate Banking
Interest in staying abreast of global trends and broader macro environment
Interest in Agile methodologies and their practice
Establish relationships with relevant stakeholders:
Open to learning and asking questions on an ongoing basis
Manage the communication with internal stakeholders and broader teams effectively.
Share information with teams and leverage Agile practice to enhance learning and execution opportunities
Flag opportunities to use technology to improve processes
Meet set delivery milestones while ensuring own availability, reliability, and accuracy

You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Type of Qualification: Degree in Commerce or Project Management advantageous
Agile Certification, Project / Program Management Certification
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in using Agile in Financial Institutions
5 – 8 years of people management experience required
