What you will be doing:
Maintain accurate data within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Ensure proper mapping of Configuration Items (CIs) and their dependencies.
Perform regular audits and data quality checks to ensure CMDB integrity.
Develop and enforce governance policies for configuration management.
Lead the end-to-end Change Management process to minimise IT service disruption.
Review and assess change requests for risk, compliance, and alignment with business objectives and ITIL standards.
Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor change implementation and report on outcomes, identifying areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to configure, design, and maintain workflows for change and configuration processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance automation and process efficiency using platform capabilities.
Ensure platform functionality aligns with organisational needs.
Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and vendors for change and configuration activities.
Provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure consistent process adherence.

A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (IT, Computer Science, etc.)
ITIL Practitioner: Service Configuration Management
ITIL Specialist: Plan, Implement, and Control
Additional ITIL certifications (advantageous)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Change Management or CMDB
